Squirrel It's free plan means you can try everything that matters before paying a cent. If Pro still doesn't work out, here's how refunds and cancellations work.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with Pro, email hello@squirrelit.app within 14 days of your first purchase (monthly or annual) and you'll get a full refund — no questions, no hoops. This applies to your first Pro purchase; renewals are covered by cancellation below.

Cancelling

  • Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription.
  • You keep full Pro access until the end of the period you've paid for; you just won't be billed again.
  • After the period ends, your account returns to its previous plan. Nothing is deleted — all your saves stay exactly where they are.

How refunds are processed

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. You can also request a refund by replying to your Paddle receipt email.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly). If a renewal charge went through and you meant to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the renewal and we'll refund it.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer in your jurisdiction (including EU/UK withdrawal rights).
